Gosh! Freefrom Food Review

I made my Gosh! discovery when I started at university and walked to my local Morrisons for a nosy round as I didn't have any near me back home. The brand wasn't the only safe haven I found in there by far (it turns out Morrison's is one of the Top Dogs for us allergy-ridden bunch), but they were some of the best.

Still quite a new company, Gosh! produce vegan burgers, sausages, bakes and bites, carefully designed for those suffering from serious allergies like myself. They are growing, but can already be found in large Tesco stores and obviously Morrisons. Their packaging
is so funky and colourful, you don't feel like you're buying 'special' food as my friends call it, and I can't tell you how good it tastes because I want you to try for yourself! FYI I don't get paid for reviews, I just get struck by how good particular products are!

Here's a quote from their website, which is also pretty btw:
Gosh! Free From is about being minimal – nothing added and nothing taken away. Our healthy, plant-based food is free from the nation’s top-14 allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, peanuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin, sulphur dioxide, crustaceans, fish & molluscs. Our Sweet Potato & Black Bean Sausages are also free from onion and garlic. Plus we do the least amount of cooking and preparation we can get away with.

They've achieved the ideal balance of delivering a hit of much needed protein, tasty herbs and spices, and easy to cook-ness for lazy chefs like me. You can literally include them with any meal. My go to is their black bean spicy sausages with beans on toast :) mmmm <3

They even have giveaways if you send in a photo of a particularly spectacular dish made with their products!
I hope you go and explore their range, it's so helpful to know that they are all free from the Helen Killers of the world!

Love Helen xx
